FX & ATM Details

FX conversion

Your physical Net+ card is issued in EUR for EEA and UK, but Neteller does not charge an extra conversion when you spend in your account’s primary currency. Spending in a different currency triggers currency conversion using the Neteller rate plus the foreign exchange fee shown on the Fees page. Always decline DCC at the terminal or ATM.

ATM usage

ATM withdrawals incur 1.75%. Some operators add their own fees. Limits can be managed from the Net+ card settings in your account.
